Our products are made from genuine leather, so it is natural for them to present slight marks or variations. This does not indicate poor quality, but rather attests to the authenticity of the product and the materials used. As it is natural leather, it is recommended that your Benvenuta shoes be stored in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean them both inside and out. If they get wet, allow them to dry completely in the shade before wearing them again.

When storing, avoid stacking and keep them separate from other pairs or colored products to prevent color transfer between different materials.
