RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We adopt a meticulous approach to design, build, and manufacture our footwear, closely monitoring the process from production to shipment to our customers.
However, it's possible that the purchased product may not meet your expectations, and to ensure your satisfaction and maintain transparency with our customers, we have created this Return and Exchange Policy, based on the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
1) What is the deadline to request an exchange or return?
The first exchange is free, and the deadline to request an exchange or return of the product due to withdrawal is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of product delivery.
If the purchased product shows evidence of damage, you must contact us within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery.
If the purchased product presents any manufacturing defect, the deadline to request an exchange or return is up to 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2) Under what conditions should the product be returned?
The product must be sent in its original packaging, without any signs of use or damage, always accompanied by the invoice and its accessories, if any.
Customized products cannot be exchanged.
3) Cancellation protocol or exchange voucher
All products received in our warehouse will be analyzed to verify the conditions in which they were returned, and only after that we will proceed with the exchange or return process.
If any of the conditions mentioned above have not been fulfilled by the customer, we reserve the right not to accept the exchange or return, and the customer will be subject to pay a new fee for the reshipment of the same product.
If the customer chooses an exchange voucher, it will be necessary to place a new order on our website, and it will be possible to choose any other model, color, and size, provided that it is available and of the same value or higher than the voucher since a new voucher with a lower amount will not be issued.
If the customer chooses a return and refund, it will be processed through the same payment method used, meaning if the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will also be made through the credit card.
It is important to note that the refund on the credit card depends on the credit card company and may take from 30 (thirty) to 60 (sixty) days to be completed.
If the payment was made via PIX or bank transfer, the refund amount will be credited to an account with the same name and CPF as the purchaser. We do not refund in business or joint accounts.
We reserve the right not to fulfill the obligation to cancel or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse or accidents.
