SHIPPING POLICY

BRAZILIAN TERRITORY

For orders placed within the Brazilian territory, we use delivery services provided by Correios (Brazilian Postal Service).

During checkout, you can choose between Sedex (express delivery with faster shipping) or PAC (regular delivery).

Once the order is shipped, we will notify the buyer via email with the tracking code and estimated delivery date.

Please note that this service is provided by a third-party company, and it is not possible to schedule a specific delivery date or time. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the package or designate someone to receive it.

The estimated delivery date is approximate, and there may be slight delays due to external factors or force majeure, with no liability on Benvenuta.

Correios will attempt delivery up to 3 (three) times, and if none are successful, the package will be forwarded to the nearest Correios office to the buyer's address. The buyer will have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to pick it up.

If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to our central warehouse, and the reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer. A new tracking code and estimated delivery date will be provided after the new shipment.

 

OTHER COUNTRIES AND REGIONS

For all other countries and regions  we use DHL's international shipping service.

As all Benvenuta products are shipped directly from Brazil, we use DDP (delivered duty paid) international shipping, where the freight and all taxes and fees are collected directly by us, ensuring that the order will not be held by the destination country's customs.

Once the order is shipped, we will notify the buyer via email with the tracking code and estimated delivery date.
