The choice of my Benvenuta.
When Tati invited me to write this text, many good memories came to mind. During my bride-to-be phase, I knew that choosing the right shoes would be difficult: I visited several stores, did countless searches, and it seemed that nothing fit. I carried with me an old injury in my left ankle, which always made it hard to feel secure in high heels. I didn’t want a shoe that was just pretty for the photo: I wanted lightness to walk with confidence, freedom to dance without fear, and preferably something I could also wear after the wedding.
That’s how I discovered Benvenuta — and Tati, its founder. A woman who turned her vision into reality and inspired me by sharing her journey from the corporate world into the events industry.
That day, my mother-in-law and I felt so connected that the moment was no longer just a shoe fitting: it became an encounter of stories, dreams, and female strength. We left fulfilled, each with our own pair of Benvenutas — mine and hers — but also carrying the memory of a truly remarkable day.
Being a bride is also about this: surrounding yourself with people and vendors who don’t just deliver products, but who make the journey more meaningful. And, in my case, it was also about finding in entrepreneurs like Tati a reference of courage and authenticity.
After the wedding, this inspiration turned into purpose. Today, I dedicate myself to creating experiences that help other brides live their journey in a unique way, without giving up who they truly are.
In the end, wearing my Benvenuta was more than completing the look: it was feeling the peace of being secure at every step, the lightness of enjoying the whole day without limits, and the joy of remembering these stories that marked the best chapter of my life.
